Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and our service is exceptionally provided within the framework of a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and have only begun performance after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
